Foot Reflex Zone Massage
Foot Reflex Zone Massage is a holistic method that works through gentle stimulation of zones in the feet. By activating the body’s natural energy pathways, it helps to restore balance, improve vitality, and release built-up tension. A session offers deep relaxation and a chance to reconnect with your inner harmony from the ground up.
Duration
Each session lasts around 75 minutes in total:
First 15 minutes: We start with an opening conversation that allows you to relax and gently tune in for the treatment. During this time, I will also explain the details of the session.
Around 50 minutes: This is the core treatment time.
Final 10 minutes: We take time to exchange feedback — both from you and from me — to reflect on your experience and integrate the session.
Session Overview
During an in-person session, you will be invited to lie comfortably on the massage table and will be covered with a cozy blanket for relaxation.
Each treatment begins with a gentle foot warm-up and ends with a soothing cool-down, creating a balanced frame for the experience.
Throughout the session, I apply mindful, structured pressure and touch to the feet, supporting the release of blockages and the opening of energy pathways. You are warmly encouraged to share any feedback—whether physical sensations or more subtle experiences—as these sessions are entirely about you: about what you can discover within yourself, and how this work can enhance your overall well-being and quality of life.
Bring Your Intention with You!
To deepen the benefits of the session, I encourage you to arrive with a clear intention — something you wish to strengthen, explore, or bring into reality in your life.
Price
Each 75-minute session costs 75 €.
