Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

Holistic You

The Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy are designed to provide clarity, mutual understanding, and fairness in case of unexpected changes, cancellations, or other circumstances that may affect a scheduled session.
These terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both Holistic You and the client or participant, ensuring that all interactions take place in a respectful, professional, and transparent way.

The boundaries of this policy are upheld consistently, with care and consideration for each individual situation, yet without exception to the agreed principles.

Payment for the Session

Payment is requested on the day of service or within 3 days after the session.

Accepted payment methods: on-site card or contactless payment or bank transfer.

Please note:

  • Promissory payments are not accepted.

  • Health insurance is not accepted, and invoices for reimbursement cannot be issued.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their session is paid in full, regardless of who the payer is.

Your timely payment supports the energetic balance of the work and helps maintain fairness for all clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

The Cancellation Policy is not intended as a penalty or punishment — life happens, and unexpected situations can occur.

However, each appointment represents a dedicated time and space held exclusively for you, and honouring that commitment ensures respect and energetic balance in the work.

  • More than 48 hours before the session: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge.

  • Between 48 and 24 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee is owed.

  • Less than 24 hours before, or in case of no-show: 100% of the session fee is due.

The cancellation policy is strictly upheld, and payment for missed or late-canceled sessions must be made before booking another appointment.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), flexibility may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged, and a new time will be arranged at mutual convenience.

Running Late

Your appointment begins and ends at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly, out of respect for the following client’s schedule.

If you expect to be late, please send a quick message (contact@holisticyouberlin.com or +49 (0) 172 9032734) if possible.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a missed appointment, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact me directly — I am open to discussing your concerns and will explore a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Agreement

By booking a session with Holistic You, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
